In 2015, I started my IT break and fix sole trader business out of
a passion for solving technology-related problems and helping
businesses stay operational. It was a way to provide immediate
support to clients facing IT issues. However, as the industry
evolved and technology became more complex, I realized the
need for a proactive and comprehensive approach to IT
management.
The decision to transition into a Managed Service Provider
(MSP) in 2020 was driven by the recognition that businesses
needed more than just “break-fix” solutions.They required
proactive monitoring, preventive measures, and long-term IT
planning to thrive in the digital age. This shift allowed Ozlink IT
Pty Ltd to provide a higher level of service and value to our
clients.
